1月21日-24日，华讯方舟集团副董事长吴光胜、通信技术研究院院长陈鸿珅博士等一行数人远赴欧洲，参观考察了集团超高频卫星通信领域的重要合作伙伴，世界第三大固定卫星服务运营商Eutelsat公司和SES公司旗下，拥有市场领先的卫星运营商SES ASTRA公司，并与两家公司的高层进行了细致的交流。
